A simplified version of Tutmanik using store-bought phyllo dough and readily available feta cheese for a faster, yet still delicious, cheesy pastry.

- phyllo dough sheets1 package (approx. 450g)
- feta cheese300g
- eggs2 large
- plain yogurt100g
- vegetable oil50ml
- butter, melted50g
- salt1/2 tsp
- black pepper1/4 tsp

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.

Crumble feta cheese. Whisk eggs and yogurt, then mix with feta, salt, and pepper.

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brush with melted butter or oil. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets, layering and brushing each one.

Spread the feta mixture evenly over the phyllo layers.

Top with another layer of phyllo, brush with butter/oil. Tuck in the edges.

Score the top into desired portions. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and crisp.
