Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Mince garlic.

Grate Parmesan cheese.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
