- Onion powder1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour3 tablespoons
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil, for frying2 tablespoons

In a bowl, mash the drained chickpeas with a fork until mostly broken down.
