- Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry300g

- Marinara sauce700ml

- Nutmeg, gratedpinch

Cook lasagna sheets according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, thawed and squeezed spinach, egg, minced garlic, grated nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer with pasta sheets, followed by a layer of the ricotta-spinach mixture, and then more marinara sauce.

Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of pasta, the remaining marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
