- Fresh cherry tomatoes, halved200g
- Buffalo mozzarella, torn200g
- Garlic, minced (optional)1 clove
- Fresh basil leaves1 bunch
- Extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp

Prepare the pizza dough and let it rise for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to maximum temperature with a pizza stone or steel.

Lightly crush half the cherry tomatoes with a fork, mix with 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Stretch the dough into a 12-14 inch round.

Spread the crushed tomato mixture over the dough, leaving a border.

Distribute the torn buffalo mozzarella and the remaining halved cherry tomatoes over the pizza.

Drizzle with 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

Bake for 8-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
