- Canned diced tomatoes1 (14.5 oz) can
- Canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 (15 oz) can
- Beef broth1 cup
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain excess fat.
