Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients alternately with milk, mixing until just combined.

Divide batter in half. Mix cocoa powder into one half.

Spoon alternating spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter into the loaf pan.
