- Mascarpone cheese250g
- Heavy cream200ml
- Powdered sugar75g
- Ladyfingers (Savoiardi)150g
- Strong brewed coffee (espresso)200ml
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Unsweetened cocoa powder1 tbsp

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, gently whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until just combined.

Mix cooled coffee in a shallow dish.

Quickly dip ladyfingers in coffee and arrange a layer in the bottom of individual serving cups.

Spoon half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.

Chill for at least 1 hour.

Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
