- Egg1
- Breadcrumbs2 tbsp
- Pre-made Chicken Broth1.5 liters
- Potatoes2 medium
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables1 cup
- Fresh Parsley1 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

In a bowl, combine ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.

Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

Gently drop the meatballs into the boiling broth. Add frozen mixed vegetables.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Stir in chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
