- Onion1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Diced tomatoes (canned)1 can (approx. 400g)
- Vegetable broth1 liter
- Dried mint1/2 tsp
- Paprika (sweet)1/2 tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Wateras needed
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the diced tomatoes (undrained), dried mint, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the rinsed and drained canned beans and the vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld. Add a little water if it becomes too thick.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
