- Digestive biscuits300g
- Unsalted butter, melted150g
- Heavy cream500ml
- Granulated sugar150g
- Egg yolks4
- Cornstarch30g
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)200g
- Water50ml
- Saltpinch

Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the base of a serving dish or individual glasses.

In a saucepan, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch until smooth.

Cook the custard mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the warm custard evenly over the biscuit base.

For the ganache, heat dark chocolate and water in a double boiler or microwave until melted and smooth. Stir until glossy.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the custard layer. Smooth the top.

Chill the Dubai Chocolate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
