- Chicken broth (store-bought)2 liters
- Pre-cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)300g
- Carrots2 medium
- Egg noodles (store-bought)150g
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare vegetables: Peel and thinly slice or dice the carrots. Shred the pre-cooked chicken.

Simmer broth and carrots: Pour the chicken broth into a pot. Add the carrots and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until carrots are tender.

Add noodles and chicken: Bring the broth to a gentle boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions. Stir in the shredded chicken and heat through for a few minutes.

Season and serve: Season the soup with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in chopped fresh parsley just before serving. Serve hot in bowls.
