- Broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)500g
- Vegetable broth750ml
- Milk150ml
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion powder and garlic powder, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.

Remove from heat and blend until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.

Stir in the milk and heat gently until warmed through. Do not boil.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
