- Crushed tomatoes800g
- Beef broth1 liter
- Ricotta cheese200g
- Parmesan cheese50g

Cook ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a simmer.

Break lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces and add them to the simmering soup. Cook according to noodle package directions, usually 10-12 minutes, until al dente.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Ladle soup into bowls. Top each serving with a dollop of ricotta cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
