- Pre-cooked rice150g
- Fresh dill1/2 bunch

Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membranes. Lightly brush with olive oil.

Roast the pepper halves in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes until slightly softened.

In a bowl, combine the pre-cooked rice, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Fill the roasted pepper halves with the feta and rice mixture.

Return the stuffed peppers to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is heated through and the feta is lightly golden.
