- Onions2 large
- Garlic cloves4-5
- Carrots2 medium
- Bell pepper (red or green)1
- Olive oil100 ml
- White wine (optional)100 ml
- Chicken broth or water200 ml
- Dried savory (чубрица)1 tbsp
- Dried thyme1 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and cut potatoes into large wedges. Slice onions, carrots, and bell pepper.

In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, savory, thyme, and paprika. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Toss everything to coat evenly.

Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish or a traditional clay pot. Add white wine (if using) and chicken broth or water.

Cover the dish tightly with foil or a lid.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil/lid and bake for another 30-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, and the potatoes are tender.
