- Heavy cream200ml
- Butter30g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Onion1/2 medium
- Chicken broth100ml
- All-purpose flour1 tbsp
- Parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sauté onion in the same pan until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute to cook the flour.

Gradually whisk in chicken broth, then heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Return the chicken to the pan. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.

Stir in chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
