Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Crush cornflakes into small pieces using a food processor or by hand. Place in a shallow dish.

Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed cornflakes.

Dredge each chicken piece first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with crushed cornflakes.
