Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough1 can (8 count)
  • Butter1/4 cup, melted
  • Brown sugar1/4 cup
  • Ground cinnamon1 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar1/2 cup
  • Milk1-2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. 1

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. This is your filling.

  2. 2

Separate the biscuit dough. Cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half into a ball.

  3. 3

In a skillet (cast iron recommended), spread about half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on the bottom.

  4. 4

Arrange the biscuit dough balls on top of the mixture in the skillet.

  5. 5

Drizzle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough balls.

  6. 6

Cover the skillet and cook over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown on the bottom.

  7. 7

While the rolls cook, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.

  8. 8

Once cooked, carefully invert the skillet onto a serving plate to release the rolls. Drizzle with glaze.
