- Toasted sesame seedsfor garnish

Prepare chicken: Trim chicken tenders and pat dry. In a bowl, toss chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cook chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Make the glaze: While chicken cooks, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.

Glaze the chicken: Once chicken is cooked, add the glaze to the skillet with the chicken. Toss gently to coat all tenders evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the glaze is sticky and coats the chicken.
