Ingredients
- Pre-cut chicken strips1 lb
- Frozen stir-fry vegetable mix16 oz
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce1/3 cup
- Honey or brown sugar1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are heated through and tender-crisp, about 5-8 minutes.
