- Pre-cut fajita vegetable mix (peppers and onions)16 oz

- Fajita seasoning packet1
- Saltto taste

Cut chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss chicken with lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add the pre-cut fajita vegetables to the same skillet. Cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through.
