Ingredients
- Sirloin Steak1.5 lbs, thinly sliced against the grain
- Butter3 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Mixed Fresh Herbs (e.g., parsley, chives, thyme)2 tbsp, chopped
- Lemon Zest1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Season the thinly sliced sirloin steak with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Add the steak slices in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding). Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Stir in the chopped fresh herbs and lemon zest. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic-herb butter.
