Ingredients
- Pork shoulder (boneless)3 lbs
- Your favorite BBQ sauce2 cups
- Onion, sliced1 large
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
