Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Onion1 small
- Frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)1.5 cups
- Beef gravy (jarred or packet)1.5 cups
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Pre-made mashed potatoes24 oz

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Dice the onion.

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, beef gravy, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
