Ingredients
- Pork baby back ribs1 rack (approx. 2.5 lbs)
- Your favorite BBQ sauce2 cups
- Garlic powder1 tbsp
- Onion powder1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1 tsp

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the ribs.

Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover tightly with another layer of foil.

Bake for 60 minutes.

Remove the top layer of foil. Drain off excess fat.

Generously brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.

Return to the oven, uncovered, for another 20-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly caramelized.

Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
