- Pizza sauce1/2 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese6 oz
- Pepperoni, sliced3 oz
- Olive oil2 tbsp

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet (cast iron works best) over medium-high heat.

Press the pizza dough into the hot skillet, forming a crust that goes up the sides slightly. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the bottom starts to brown.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni slices.

Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil around the edges of the crust.

Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C).
