- Ground chicken or turkey1.5 lbs
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Egg1
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Teriyaki sauce1 cup
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)1 tbsp
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken/turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.

Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

Return the meatballs to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and coated in the glaze.
