Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells12 oz
- Ricotta cheese15 oz
- Fresh spinach, chopped10 oz
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup
- Egg, large1
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Marinara sauce24 oz
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup

Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta mixture. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer over the marinara sauce in the baking dish.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are mostly covered.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
