- Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup

- Marinara sauce1.5 cups
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced4 ounces

Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2-inch thickness.

Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each chicken cutlet first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat evenly.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken cutlets for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
