Steps

Wash and slice the zucchini and squash into 1/4-inch thick rounds or half-moons.

Peel and thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
