  • Chicken broth1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese1/2 cup, grated
  • Fresh spinach2 cups, packed
  • Red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon (optional)

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

    Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another minute.
