Ingredients
- Pre-made puff pastry1 sheet
- Pre-cooked bacon, chopped100g
- Eggs2 large
- Milk250ml
- Emmental cheese, grated75g
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepperpinch

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a 20cm (8-inch) pie dish. Trim edges if necessary.

Scatter the chopped pre-cooked bacon and grated Emmental cheese over the pastry base.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the filling is set.

Let cool slightly before serving.
