Ingredients
- Pre-made pie crust1 (9-inch)
- Frozen chopped spinach, thawed10 oz
- Large eggs3
- Milk1.5 cups
- Feta cheese, crumbled0.75 cup
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tablespoons
- Salt0.25 teaspoon
- Black pepper0.25 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Squeeze excess water from thawed frozen spinach.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

Spread the squeezed spinach evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the spinach.
