Ingredients
- Pork sausage (breakfast style)1 pound
- All-purpose flour1/4 cup
- Milk2 cups
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Refrigerated biscuits1 package (8 count)

Cook pork sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off most of the grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the skillet.

Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens.
