Ingredients
- Cooked rice2 cups
- Eggs1 large
- Neutral oil1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce1.5 tablespoons
- Frozen peas1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Whisk egg with salt and pepper. Scramble in a hot pan, then set aside.
