Ingredients
- Salmon fillets4 (6 oz each)
- Unsalted butter4 tbsp, softened
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Lemon1, zest and juice
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, dill, thyme)2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a compound butter.

Spread the lemon herb garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
