Ingredients
- Salmon fillets4 (6 oz each)
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Lemon1, zested and juiced
- Fresh parsley1 tbsp, chopped
- Fresh thyme1 tsp, chopped
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat air fryer to 390°F (195°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, and garlic powder.

Pat salmon fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper.

Place salmon in the air fryer basket. Brush the herb and lemon mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Air fry for 10-14 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily. Cooking time will vary based on thickness.
