Ingredients
- Smoked salmon, chopped8 oz
- Penne pasta12 oz
- Cream cheese, softened4 oz
- Heavy cream1/2 cup
- Capers, drained2 tbsp
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Add the drained penne pasta to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water, a tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.

Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon, drained capers, and chopped fresh dill.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
