Ingredients

  • Short pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)250g
  • Canned tuna in oil, drained2 x 150g cans
  • Jar of cheese sauce or white sauce400g
  • Frozen peas100g
  • Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)75g
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Waterfor boiling pasta

Steps

    Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan/Gas Mark 5).

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until almost tender. Add frozen peas for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain well.

    In a bowl, combine the drained pasta and peas with the drained tuna, jarred sauce, and most of the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

    Transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted and golden.
