Ingredients
- Canned tuna, drained1 can (5 oz)
- Mayonnaise1/4 cup
- Capers, drained and roughly chopped1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill, chopped1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/8 teaspoon
- Rye bread slices4 slices
- Butter, softened2 tablespoons
- Swiss cheese, sliced4 slices

In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped capers, chopped dill, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.

Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the tuna mixture evenly onto two slices of rye bread.

Top each tuna-covered slice with two slices of Swiss cheese.

Place the remaining two slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.

Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.
