- Crab meat (canned or fresh)1 pound
- Mayonnaise1/3 cup
- Breadcrumbs (plain or panko)1/2 cup

- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil, for frying2 tablespoons
