- Squid150g
- Cabbage1/4 head
- Carrots1 medium
- Onion1/2 medium
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Green onionsfor garnish
- Shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice)for garnish

- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar in a small bowl.

Peel and devein shrimp. Clean and slice squid into rings. Shred cabbage and julienne carrots. Slice onion.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and squid and stir-fry quickly until just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add onion, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the yakisoba noodles to the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss well to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through.

Return the cooked seafood to the skillet. Toss gently to combine and heat through.
