- Sushi-grade Salmon1.5 lbs
- Mayonnaise1/4 cup
- Sriracha2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce1 tbsp
- Green Onions2 stalks, thinly sliced
- Cooked Sushi Rice4 cups
- Edamame1 cup, shelled
- Pickled Ginger1/4 cup
- Jalapeño1, thinly sliced
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Waterfor cooking rice
