Ingredients
- Tteokbokki tteok (rice cakes)300g
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar or honey1 tbsp
- Water1.5 cups
- Scallions1 stalk
Steps

Rinse rice cakes under cold water. Chop scallions.

In a pan, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and water.
