Ingredients
- Baby spinach500g
- Paneer200g
- Onion1 small
- Garlic2 cloves
- Ginger1/2 inch piece
- Tomatoes (pureed or paste)2 tbsp
- Oil1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds1/2 tsp
- Garam masala1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder1/4 tsp
- Saltto taste

Wash baby spinach. Roughly chop it.

Cut paneer into cubes.

Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.

Add tomato puree/paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped spinach. Cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Stir gently and cook for 2-3 minutes until paneer is heated through.
