Ingredients
- Paneer400g
- Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce (jarred)1 jar (approx. 15 oz)
- Onion (chopped)1/2 medium
- Garlic (minced)1 tsp
- Ginger (grated)1 tsp
- Oil1 tbsp
- Heavy cream (optional)1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Fresh cilantro (chopped)for garnish

Cut paneer into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté chopped onion until softened. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in heavy cream (if using) and season with salt if needed.

Add the pan-fried paneer cubes to the sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
