Ingredients
- Paneer400g
- Greek Yogurt1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste1.5 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Garam masala1 tsp
- Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder1 tsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Cumin powder1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Tomatoes (pureed)1.5 cups
- Onions (finely chopped)1 medium
- Almonds (blanched and ground to paste)1/4 cup
- Heavy cream1/3 cup
- Smoked paprika1/2 tsp (for sauce)
- Ghee or Oil2 tbsp
- Bay leaf1
- Fresh mint (chopped)for garnish

Cube paneer. Mix Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, cumin powder, and salt. Marinate paneer for at least 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry marinated paneer until lightly charred. Set aside.

Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add bay leaf and sauté chopped onions until golden.

Add pureed tomatoes and cook until oil separates.

Stir in almond paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, heavy cream, and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add grilled paneer to the sauce. Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
