Ingredients

  • Paneer150g
  • Boiled potatoes1 medium
  • All-purpose flour1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree1 cup
  • Onion paste2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste1 tsp
  • Heavy cream1/4 cup
  • Oil for fryingas needed
  • Cumin powder1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala1/2 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Wateras needed
  • Fresh cream for garnishfor garnish

Steps

    Mash boiled potato and grated paneer. Mix with all-purpose flour and salt. Form small koftas.

    Heat oil and deep fry koftas until golden. Drain and set aside.

    Heat a little oil in a pan. Add onion paste and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 2 minutes.

    Add tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.

    Add water to achieve desired gravy consistency. Bring to a simmer.

    Stir in heavy cream and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Gently add the fried koftas to the gravy. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
