Steps

    Marinate chicken as per Classic Greek Chicken Souvlaki recipe (Steps 1-3). Grill or pan-sear chicken until cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Cook rice according to package directions using water or broth. Once cooked, stir in lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
